Return & Refund Policy

At Pergamon Onyx, each item is custom-made with care and precision. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if your product arrives damaged during shipping. In such cases, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer must obtain an official damage report from the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Once the report is received and verified, we will either:

    • Issue a full refund, or

    • Send a replacement product at no extra cost.


Damages and Issues

Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at pergamononyx@gmail.com. We will review the issue and provide a solution in line with our policy.


Refunds

If a refund is approved due to shipping damage:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at pergamononyx@gmail.com.
